We collect account details such as your name, email, company, and login information; design request briefs, comments, files, and feedback you submit; subscription and transaction details; and information needed to manage affiliate applications, referral activity, commissions, and payouts. Our payment provider processes card and payout information; we receive transaction and subscription status, not full card numbers.

When you visit, essential browser storage supports sign-in and saves your display theme and workspace choice. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs needed to operate and secure the site.

We use this information to provide design services, deliver files, administer accounts and subscriptions, process payments and affiliate commissions, answer support requests, send service and account notifications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your design briefs or files.

Essential storage keeps you signed in and remembers settings such as light or dark mode; it is necessary for the portal to work. If you accept optional storage, a referral code from an affiliate link is saved in your browser for up to 60 days, and referral visits are counted. A referral can be linked to your account when you sign in. If you reject optional storage, we do not save or count new affiliate referrals; rejecting also removes any saved referral code on this browser. We do not currently run advertising pixels on this site.

Your choice is remembered in your browser and can be changed below. Clearing browser storage removes your choice and may sign you out. Your browser may also allow you to block cookies, which can affect sign-in.

Authorized studio team members can access the requests they need to fulfill the service. We share data with providers that help operate the service, including hosting and authentication, email delivery, file storage, and Stripe for payments and affiliate payouts. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service. We use access controls and private file storage, but no online system is completely secure.

We keep account, request, payment, and affiliate records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal and accounting duties. You can delete your own design requests in the portal; this removes their associated messages and files from active records. To request access, correction, or deletion of other personal data, email info@nashvillesignal.com. Some records must be retained for legal or financial reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will respond to applicable requests.

This service is available online to teams in different locations. Information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. The service is intended for business users, not children. We may update this notice as our practices change and will revise the effective date above; material changes will be communicated when required. See also our Terms of Service.
