Effective September 30, 2026
1. Who can join
These terms apply to anyone who applies to or participates in the QueueTeam affiliate program. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, be legally allowed to promote commercial services in your region, and provide accurate information. Businesses and organizations may participate through an authorized representative. Participation is not available to anyone we have previously removed from the program.
2. Application and approval
Applying through your QueueTeam account does not make you an affiliate. Every application is reviewed, and only approved applicants receive a referral link. Approval is at our discretion and we do not have to explain a decision. If your details change, such as the site you promote from or your contact email, keep them current in your application so your payouts and alerts reach you.
3. Referral links and tracking
Each approved affiliate gets one personal link. When a visitor clicks it, and they have accepted optional cookies, their visit is recorded and the referral is remembered on their device for 60 days. If the same visitor clicks several affiliate links before signing up, the most recent one wins. Once the visitor creates an account, attribution is locked to the first affiliate recorded and never reassigned.
A referral only counts as a new client. Someone who already has or has had a QueueTeam plan does not generate commissions, and you may not refer yourself, your own other accounts, or a business you own or control. Commissions are based on the referral record we keep, which is the final word on who earned what.
4. Commissions
Approved affiliates earn 15% of each subscription payment made by clients they referred, in US dollars, for as long as that client keeps paying. There is no limit on referrals or earnings. Commissions are created only when a payment actually clears; an attempted, failed, or reversed payment earns nothing. Free or complimentary plans given by QueueTeam do not generate commissions. If we later run a promotion that changes the rate for a specific group, those terms are shown to you at the time.
5. Payouts and holds
Each commission is held for 30 days from the payment that created it, so refunds and disputes can be settled first. Once past the hold, it becomes payable and is sent to the Stripe payout account connected from your affiliate dashboard. Payouts require an approved affiliate account and a Stripe account whose payouts capability is fully verified. Commissions are paid in a batch, so you receive one transfer covering everything payable at that time rather than one per payment. We may delay a payout while we investigate a problem with an account, a referral, or a payment.
6. Taxes and your own costs
You are responsible for your own taxes, filings, and any duties on what you earn, and for meeting any disclosure rules that apply to you, such as telling your audience that your link is a paid referral. We do not withhold tax from commissions and you are not our employee, agent, or partner. Your bank, card, or Stripe fees, and the cost of promoting us, are yours to carry.
7. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations
If a referred client is refunded or a payment is reversed, the related commission is reduced or cancelled. If it was already paid out, the amount comes off your next payout, and we may ask you to return it if there is no future payout to take it from. When a client cancels, commissions stop after their paid period ends; you keep what you already earned.
8. How you may promote QueueTeam
Promote us honestly. Do not make claims we have not made about turnaround times, staffing, or what the subscription includes; do not send unsolicited email or messages; do not register domains, accounts, or brand names that imitate QueueTeam; do not present yourself as an employee or official partner of QueueTeam; and do not use spam, fake accounts, bots, or misleading incentives to generate clicks or signups. You are responsible for content you publish, and you must remove or correct anything we reasonably ask you to. Breaking these rules can cost you unpaid commissions and your place in the program.
9. Ending your participation
You can stop promoting at any time by simply not sharing your link; ask us to close your affiliate account if you want it removed. We may suspend or end an affiliate account at any time, including for the conduct described above. If your account ends, commissions that had already cleared the hold before the end date are still paid, subject to refunds and disputes. Payments made after your account ends do not create new commissions.
10. Changes to the program
We may change the commission rate, the hold period, the tracking window, or the terms below. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to payments made after that date; we will also email you when a change materially affects what you can earn. Continuing to refer clients after a change means you accept it.
11. Other terms
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to you, including how we handle your data and the cookie choices that govern referral tracking. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program, and nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Questions
Ask anything about the program at info@nashvillesignal.com, or read the affiliate program page for how it works.
